updated 5 october 2026. this is a working draft and not legal advice.
the site stores what you publish through it: goal json (pinned to ipfs and kept in a database keyed by its hash), updates and documents signed by your wallet, and images you upload for a coin logo. all of it is public by design.
when you launch or adopt a coin, the site keeps a launch record: your wallet address, the payment transaction and the coin it created. the same facts are public on chain.
the site keeps short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by ip address in server memory. they are not written to a database.
Wallet connection preferences may be kept in your browser. Old demonstration balances and projects are no longer read or displayed. Form previews reflect only information you enter.
when you connect a solana wallet the site reads your address and balances from the chain. the site does not store your address on a server unless you sign and post an update, in which case the address is part of the public record.
transactions you submit are public on solana forever. the site cannot delete them.
the site calls a solana rpc for chain reads, pump.fun for coin metadata and trades, dexscreener for market data on graduated coins, and pinata for ipfs pins. data is stored in our own postgres database on a server we run. each receives the data needed for that call. no advertising or analytics scripts are loaded.
the site sets no cookies of its own.
to ask what is stored about an address you control, or to ask for content to be removed from the interface, open an issue on the project repository named on the rules page once it is published. content on the chain and on ipfs cannot be removed.
