what a trade pays, who can move money, what you own. the split is locked on pump.fun; the goal wallet follows the rules printed here.
every coin is a standard pump.fun coin on solana, paired with sol. pump.fun charges 1.25% on every trade, on the bonding curve and after graduation to pumpswap: 0.95% stays with pump.fun and 0.30% is the coin's creator stream.
100% of the creator fee (0.30% of every trade) goes to this coin's goal wallet; the creator earns no trading fees. pump.fun's fee sharing program locks one shareholder on every new coin, launched or adopted: the coin's own goal wallet, at 100%. it is written once and locked: no one, irl included, can change it afterwards. a launch takes two transactions: fees from trades made in between are paid to our deployer when the split locks, and irl forwards them to the goal wallet with a memo, on chain.
coins launched before this keep the split they locked: 0.24% of every trade to the goal at the old default, the creator's share, 10% of the stream to irl.
100% of the 0.30% creator stream goes to the coin's own goal wallet; the creator and irl take no trading fees. locked forever at launch by pump's fee sharing. older coins keep their own split, printed on their coin page.
so a new coin's goal fills at 0.30% of volume: a 100 sol target needs about 33,300 sol traded. anyone can skip the wait by sending sol straight to the coin's goal wallet; it counts 100% toward the target.
the coin page prints the actual figures for that coin. they cannot change after launch.
Holding a coin is not ownership of the thing it is for. The goal wallet is held by IRL under published rules; the custodian is a person. Read the structure before you buy.
on new coins irl takes no share of the trading fees: the whole creator stream goes to the coin's goal wallet, and the creator earns no trading fees. irl's income is the launch price, paid in one sol transfer when you launch (it covers pump.fun's creation cost and the shareholder rent). older coins keep irl's locked 10% of their stream. irl has no token.
pump.fun keeps 0.95% of every trade. pump.fun runs the bonding curve, the graduation to pumpswap and the fee sharing program. pump.fun can still change a coin's creator through its own admin; that is outside irl's control and printed here as a risk.
every coin has its own goal wallet, a solana wallet held by irl. it is not a contract: the rules below are published, enforced by our code, and every movement is on chain, but they are our rules. the address is printed on the coin page with an explorer link.
the bar counts every sol the goal wallet ever received, from fee distributions and direct sends, read from the chain, not from our database. the goal is funded when that total reaches the target; it never un-funds.
goal sol can leave the goal wallet in one direction only: to the custodian named at launch, only after the goal is funded plus 48 hours, each release carrying an on-chain memo and listed on the coin page. releases are run by an operator command, never by a public endpoint. after a release the stream keeps filling the wallet as upkeep.
distribution is permissionless on pump.fun: our cron sweeps and distributes each coin's fees to the shareholders, on the curve and after graduation.
every goal names a custodian at launch: a person, with a solana address, immutable in our records and in the goal pinned on ipfs. it is the only address goal money can be released to. the 48 hour clock starts when the target is reached, whoever paid for it. marking the goal acquired with a proof link uses the same window.
the custodian buys the thing and keeps it under the declared structure. the custodian is the trust assumption, printed next to every bar. read the custodian before you buy.
declared at launch, immutable, printed on the coin page. the trading screen never claims holders own a share of the asset.
pump.fun sets its own access rules by country. check your own jurisdiction before you trade.
not audited. irl runs no on-chain program. the launch flow, the goal wallets and the release rules are our server code, not reviewed by a third party.
nothing is launched until the deployer address on /rules is filled.
