updated 5 october 2026. this is a working draft and not legal advice.
irl is a launchpad for coins on solana, created on pump.fun. the site reads public chain data and lets you sign transactions from your own wallet. irl never holds your wallet's funds. irl does hold one goal wallet per coin, under the rules printed on the rules page: goal sol can only be released to the custodian named at launch, after the goal is funded plus 48 hours, with every movement on chain.
The site displays real project records and chain activity. Missing data is not replaced by simulated activity. A project draft is not a launched coin.
a coin launched or adopted through irl is a token on pump.fun. holding it is not ownership of, or a claim on, the asset named in its goal, unless the goal's declared structure is a legal wrapper and that wrapper's own documents say so. the goal wallet is held by irl under published rules; it is not a contract. the custodian is a person chosen by the creator. irl does not verify custodians, goals or proofs.
nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. a target is a number set by a creator, not a promise by anyone. fees fund a goal only while people trade. prices can go to zero. pump.fun can change a coin's creator through its own admin. irl is not audited.
you are responsible for your wallet, your keys and your transactions. you are responsible for checking that using this site and trading these tokens is legal where you are. pump.fun sets its own access rules by country, and your own jurisdiction still applies.
if you create or adopt a goal you are responsible for the truth of what you write, for the custodian you name and for the structure you declare.
updates, documents and images you post are signed by your wallet and published publicly. do not post what you have no right to publish. irl may remove content from the interface; it cannot remove anything from the chain or from ipfs.
irl keeps a fixed share of each coin's creator stream, printed on the rules page, and the launch price paid when you launch. pump.fun keeps its own fees. the split is locked in pump.fun's fee sharing program at launch and cannot be changed or refunded.
the site and the launch service are provided as they are, without warranty. to the extent the law allows, the people who run this site are not liable for losses from using it, from pump.fun, from a custodian's actions, or from errors in the data shown.
this draft will change. the date at the top is the version. continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the change.
