a person, named at launch, the only address goal money can go to. the trust assumption, printed.
a goal names a custodian at launch: a person, with a solana address, usually the creator or someone they trust. it cannot change: it is fixed in our records and in the goal pinned on ipfs. the custodian is the only address goal sol can be released to.
a release is possible only after the goal is funded and 48 hours have passed since it was funded. the delay is a notice window: holders can see the target reached and read the custodian's updates before any money moves. the goal can be marked acquired, with a proof link, in the same window.
every release is a solana transaction from the goal wallet to the custodian, with a memo. the coin page prints them in the ledger with a link to the transaction. releases are run by an irl operator command, never by a public endpoint.
the custodian can also post updates on the coin page, signed with their wallet, like the creator. photos, invoices and documents go there.
this is the trust assumption of the product and it is printed next to every bar. the goal wallet is held by irl under published rules, and the custodian decides how the money is spent once released. the custodian can choose badly. read who the custodian is and what the structure says before you buy.
